The Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the company shall be closed for the designated persons of the company from 1st April, 2025 and the same shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2025.
