We wish to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,2015 as amended, and as per the clarifications issued vide Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 of BSE and Circular No. NSE/CML/2019/11 of NSE, both dated April 2, 2019, the Trading Window for the purpose of dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for designated persons of the Company from October 1, 2021 and till the expiry of 48 hours after the financial results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2021 become generally available information.
