The Company informed the Stock Exchange, that the Company had convened its Board Meeting on 26th November, 2024 in which among other items, the quarterly / half yearly financial results for the period ended on 30th September, 2024 were also approved. The Company is re-submitting the aforesaid financial Results along with the consolidated cash flow statement.
