The company has informed the exchange that the trading window for dealing/trading into the shares of the company by the designated person of the company and their immediate relatives shall be closed with effect from the 1st October, 2024 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited financial results for the 2nd Quarter/Half year ending on 30th September, 2024 (Both days inclusive).
