This is in furtherance of our previous intimation whereby it was intimated that pursuant to orders dated 18th July, 2023 of the National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench ("NCLT''), Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (''CIRP) has been initiated against Manjeera Constructions Ltd (("MCL") as per the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. Pursuant to Regulation 33(3) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 (''SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015"), MCL is required to submit the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and three months ended 30.06.2024 to the stock exchange within forty five days from the end of quarter i.e. within 14.08.2024. However, in view of the aforesaid NCLT Order, we wish to inform you that there is a possibility of delay in preparation and hence finalization of the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and three months ended 30.06.2024 will take some additional time.
