This is to inform you that in terms of SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, and in compliance with the terms of Code of Conduct framed thereunder, the trading windows for dealing in the equity shares of the Company for all its promoters, directors, other designated employees/persons and their immediate relatives, shall remain closed from 1st January, 2025 till the end of 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2024.
