As you are aware, the Rights Issue of our Company has opened on Thursday, 15th September, 2022 and is slated to close on Friday, 30th September, 2022. In this regard, BSE Limited is hereby informed that in order to provide more opportunities to shareholders to exercise their rights in the Rights Issue, the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 29th September, 2022 has extended the last date for making an application for the Rights Equity Shares of the Company by fifteen (15) days i.e., from 30th September, 2022 to 14th October, 2022. The said extension period as stated above is within the applicable regulations prescribed in this regard in terms of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 and Companies Act, 2013.
