The Board of Directors of the Company ('Board'), at its meeting held today i.e. Thursday, October 09, 2025, has, approved fund raising by way of offer and issuance of fully paid-up equity shares of the Company of face value of ? 1.00/- each ( 'Equity Shares') for an amount not exceeding ?8,913.94 Lakhs by way of a rights issue ('Rights Issue').
