With reference to the earlier letter dated April 16, 2018 regarding Board Meeting Intimation for Results, Lalit Polymers & Electronics Ltd has now informed BSE that due to non availability of directors, the Company are rescheduling Board Meeting, which was scheduled to be held on April 24, 2019 & now will be held on April 30, 2019. The matter relating to consideration & approval of Audited Financial Result of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019, shall be considered in the Board meeting to be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2019.
