Issued and allotted of 12,10,000 warrants (convertible into equity Shares of Rs. 10.00 each) at a price of Rs. 20.75 each (including a premium of Rs. 10.75 each) as per the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018 to the Promoter group persons on preferential issue basis.
