The Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held today i.e. on March 14, 2023, allotted 700000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each pursuant to exercise of options attached to the convertible warrants by the Promoters, consequent upon the receipt of notice for exercise, along with the balance 75% price due on the Warrants, i.e. Rs. 1,08,93,750.
