Pursuant to applicable regulations of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"), this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, i.e. May 26, 2023 on the recommendation of Audit Committee has inter-alia approved the Annual Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2023, on standalone basis, along with the Auditors'' Report(s) issued by M/s MGB & Co., Chartered Accountants (Statutory Auditors of the Company), thereon, statement of asset and liabilities as on March 31, 2023, and statement of cash flow for the financial year ended March 31, 2023;
