In continuation of earlier filing vide ref. no.: LIC/SE/2024-25/37 dated June 07, 2024, this is to inform that Federal Tax Authority, UAE ("Authority") has accepted reconsideration submission of Dubai Branch of Life Insurance Corporation (International) BSC (C), Subsidiary of Life Insurance Corporation of India, against the Administrative Penalty of United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) 5,000/- (Approx. INR 1,13,600/-) and reversed the penalty. the decision of the authority has come to our knowledge on July 26, 2024.
