We would like to inform that the Board of Directors, at their Meeting held today i.e. Friday May 30, 2025, at its registered office has inter-alia transacted the following, 1. Approved the Audited Financial Results along with the Independent Auditors report of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2025. 2. Approved the appointment of M/s. Amruta Giradkar & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for the period of five (5) consecutive years commencing from FY 2025-26 to 2029-30, subject to approval of the members of the Company at the ensuing 25th Annual General Meeting. 3. To consider any other matter with the permission of the Chairman of the meeting.
