No: NSE/CML/2019/11 and BSE vide its letter dated 2nd April, 2019 vide Ref No.LIST/COMP/01/2019-20, regarding trading restriction period, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain close with immediate effect till 48 hours after the announcement I declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2019. The trading window will open 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2019 is made by the Company to the Stock Exchanges.
