On the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Saurabh (DIN: 10790325) as Additional (Non-Executive Independent) Director of the Company for a period of five years w.e.f. January 29, 2025, subject to approval of Members of the Company.
