Pursuant to Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and report trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives, the trading window for dealing in company securities shall remain closed for all designated persons and their relatives as covered under the said code with effect from 1st January, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the 3rd quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2023.
