Pursuant to regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company has, on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, appointed Mr. Devesh Karda(DIN:09053865) as an Additional Director (Executive) of the Company to hold office upto the date of the ensuing general meeting. The required details pursuant to SEBI Listing Regulations are annexed herewith as Annexure - I. Further he is not debarred or disqualified from being appointed as Director of company by the Securities and Exchange Board of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs. It is hereby also informed that Mrs. Disha Karda (DIN: 06424475), has tendered her resignation as Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect (i.e. with effect from October 11,2021) due to her personal commitments and other pre-occupations.
