With reference to the captioned subject, this is to inform you that Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held at the registered office of the Company on June 03, 2025 had inter-alia, considered and approved the following matters: 1. The Board of Directors of the Company has approved Migration of listing/ trading of Equity Shares of the Company from SME Platform of BSE Limited to Main Board of BSE Limited subject to approval of Shareholders. 2. To Conduct the postal ballot to obtain shareholder's approval for Migration of listing/ trading of Equity Shares of the Company from SME Platform of BSE Limited to Main Board of BSE Limited and approved the Postal Ballot Notice for the aforesaid agenda. 3. Appointed M/s. S. V Nadiyapara & Co., Practicing Company Secretaries to act as a Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot by way of remote e-voting process in accordance with the Act and in a fair and transparent manner
