For the full year FY26, total income stood at Rs 4,768.82 crore. Revenue from Operations: Consolidated revenue for Q1FY27 reached Rs 1,310.68 crore, representing a QoQ growth of 10.85% from Rs 1,182.38 crore in Q4FY26 and a YoY increase of 21.60% from Rs 1,077.87 crore in Q1FY26. Profit Before Tax (PBT): PBT for the period Q1FY27 stood at Rs 78.08 crore, compared to Rs 163.35 crore in Q4FY26 (down 52.20%) and Rs 136.44 crore in Q1FY26 (down 42.77%). Scheme of Amalgamation: On June 19, 2026, the NCLT sanctioned the merger of Quality Care India Limited (Transferor Company) with Aster DM Healthcare Limited (Transferee Company). The scheme became effective on July 01, 2026, and the company's name was changed to "Aster DM Quality Care Limited." Expansion of Stake: The company acquired an additional 1.54% stake in its subsidiary, Malabar Institute of Medical Sciences Limited, for Rs 31.40 crore.
