KSE LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/11/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"), we hereby inform you that that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 09th November, 2024 inter alia to consider and take on record, the unaudited financial results for the quarter/half yearly ended 30th September 2024. In terms of the Company's 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading', the trading window for dealing in the Company's shares stand closed from 1st October 2024 and shall re-open 48 hours after the announcement of the said financial results is made public. The same has been informed to the Directors and Designated employees of the Company.
