Mrs. Kukreja experienced a health incident during the course of the original meeting, requiring immediate attention. We assure you that her well-being is of paramount importance to us, and we are closely monitoring her recovery. In light of this emergency, the Board of Directors has unanimously decided to reschedule the meeting. The rescheduled date for the Board Meeting is set for May 25, 2024, at the same venue as previously communicated., inter-alia to consider and adopt the audited Financial Results for the Half year and year ended March 31, 2024.
