Pursuant to SEBI PIT Regulations, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st July, 2024 till 48 hours after declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the 1st quarter ending on 30th June, 2024.
