Khandwala Securities Limited would like to inform you that that 28th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company has been scheduled to be held on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at 12.00 noon IST through Video Conferencing ('VC')/Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM'). Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 23, 2021 to September 29, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 28th Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Company has fixed Wednesday, September 22, 2021 as the cut-off date for determining the members who are entitled to vote through remote e-voting or by e-voting system on the day of the 28th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
