We are enclosing herewith an Order dated 26th July, 2023, received on 27th July, 2023 of NCLT, Division Bench, Court No. -II, Kolkata, under the provisions of Section 61(1)(b) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 71 of NCLT Rules, 2016 for consolidation of equity shares of the Company.
