With reference to the application made by the Company on September 4, 2024 regarding the Reclassification of certain shareholders from "Promoter and Promoter Group" Category to "Public Category" we wish to inform you that the company has received approval from BSE Limited vide ref. no. LIST/COMP/AS/1538/2024-25 dated January 6, 2025 for Reclassification of certain person from the Promoter and Promoter Group Category to Public Category Shareholders in accordance with Regulation 31A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
