In terms of above referred provisions, this is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on Tuesday May 30th, 2023, inter-alia considered and approved Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and year ended March 31, 2023, and took note of the Auditor's Report issued by the Statutory Auditors on the said results.
