JHS has informed that Board of Directors at their meeting held on Tuesday, November 7th, 2023, inter-alia considered and approved the shifting of registered office of the Company from the state of Himachal Pradesh to National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana and consequent alteration of the clause II i.e., Registered Office Clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company, subject to the approval of shareholders and requisite regulatory authorities.
