Further to our disclosure dated December 16, 2023 regarding the receipt of Demand cum Show Cause Notice from the Office of the Principal Commissioner of Customs (the "Authority"), we wish to submit that the Authority has now passed an order as detailed under Annexure-A. The date of occurrence of event/information is the receipt of order from Office of the Principal Commissioner of Customs i.e. on April 2, 2025.
