The Board in its Meeting held today, have amongst other matters considered, approved and taken on record the following: 1. Audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2023; 2. Auditors' Report on Standalone and consolidated financial results for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023; 3. To conserve the resources of the Company for new future initiatives the Board of Directors of the Company has not proposed any dividend for the financial year ending 31st March, 2023.
