This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the company has, at its meeting held on Friday, 16th May, 2025 (i.e., Today), inter-alia: 1. Approved the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st March,2025, and Audited Financial Results for the quarter/year ended 31st March, 2025, as recommended by the audit Committee; and, 2. Recommended a dividend @ 45% that is Rs 4.50 per share for the financial year 2024-2025.
