Further, we would like to inform that as per the ''Company Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading'' pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company has intimated its ''Designated Persons'' that the 'Trading Window' would remain closed from July 1, 2025, till the expiry of 48 hours from the date of publication of the said Unaudited Financial Results of the Company.
