The Company has received a Demand Notice dated November 27, 2024 from the Office of the Joint Commissioner of CGST & Service Tax Commissionerate, Bolpur on November 28, 2024 for payment of outstanding GST liability including penalty of Rs. 7,55,54,392 for the Financial Year 2017-18 for alleged non-compliance under Section 74 of CGST Act, 2017.
