Total Income for the quarter Q4FY26 was Rs 8,576 lakh, up by 137.70% from Rs 3,608 lakh in Q3FY26 and up 37.59% from Rs 6,233 lakh in Q4FY25. The company reported a Net Loss for Q4FY26 of Rs 3,745 lakh, compared to a loss of Rs 2,724 lakh in Q3FY26 and a loss of Rs 3,575 lakh in Q4FY25. Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations in Q4FY26 was Rs 802 lakh, reflecting a growth of 37.80% over Rs 582 lakh in Q3FY26 and an increase of 10.32% compared to Rs 727 lakh in Q4FY25. Total Income for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 2,061 lakh, a marginal decrease of 1.15% from Rs 2,085 lakh in Q3FY26, but a 4.83% increase from Rs 1,966 lakh in Q4FY25. Net Profit for Q4FY26 reported a loss of Rs 336 lakh, compared to a profit of Rs 670 lakh in Q3FY26 and a loss of Rs 188 lakh in Q4FY25. Business Highlights: Subsidiary Update: The subsidiary company, HMT Watches Ltd, was struck off by the Registrar of Companies on March 2, 2026. Consequently, the investment in HMT Watches has been de-recognised from the books of HMT Limited. Going Concern Status: The Net worth of the HMT Group has been completely eroded.
