Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, read with Company''s code of conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall stand closed to Directors, Employees and other Designated Persons of the Company from October 01, 2025 till 48 hours after declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ending on September 30, 2025
