We would like to inform you that in compliance of the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's 'Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities by Designated Persons" ('Insider Trading Code'), the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons, including their immediate relatives and other Insiders, as per the Insider Trading Code, shall remain closed with effect from March 31, 2026, for the purpose of consideration of the Audited Financial Results, both standalone and consolidated, for the 4th quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026, till 48 hours after the announcement of the aforesaid Financial Results. The date of the Board meeting to consider the aforesaid Financial Results, shall be intimated separately.
