Further, in terms of Company's 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' the Company has already informed vide its letter dated 27th March, 2025 about the closure of trading window for purchase/sale of securities of the Company by the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives [including such other persons covered under the Code read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015], which has commenced from 1st April, 2025 and will end 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of its Audited Standalone Financial Results for the Year ended 31st March, 2025.
