This is in regards to the captioned Buyback and is further to our letter dated 5th January 2022 whereby we had submitted the Draft Letter of Offer. The Company is undertaking the Buyback in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Buy-Back of Securities) Regulations, 2018, as amended (the 'Buyback Regulations') and the Companies Act, 2013, as amended. Please find enclosed the soft copy (in pdf version) of the letter of offer dated 19th January 2022 of the Company in relation to the Buyback Offer ('Letter of Offer') for your information and records. The Buy-back offer will open on Thursday, February 03, 2022 and will close on Wednesday, February 16, 2022. All terms used herein and not specifically defined shall have the same meaning as ascribed to such terms under the Letter of Offer.
