Goa Carbon Limited has informed the Exchange about the re-appointment of Mr., Subodh Nadkarni as an Independent Director of the Company for a second term of 5 (five) consecutive years with effect from 7th January 2026 to 6th January 2031 by the Shareholders of the Company through Postal Ballot.
