Consider and approval of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025 along with the Audit Report issued by Statutory Auditors for the corresponding period. Further pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 and the Company''s Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company has already been closed from April 01, 2025 and will reopen after 48 hours of declaration of audited Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The said Results shall be declared on Wednesday, May 28, 2025. The Company shall intimate to the stock exchange upon the conclusion of the Board Meeting as per required under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
