With reference to the above, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, we would like to inform you that the trading window for the purpose of dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed with effect from Saturday, 1st October, 2022, till 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the conclusion of the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held for the purpose of consideration and approval of the unaudited Financial Results for the Second quarter ended 30th September, 2022. The date of the Board Meeting to approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the Second quarter ended 30th September, 2022 will be intimated in due course of time.
