Sai Capital Limited ('the Company') is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, February 14, 2024, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2023. Further, as intimated in our letter dated December 22, 2023, in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window was closed with effect from January 01, 2024 until the second trading day after the declaration of the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Third Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2023.
