With reference to our letter dated 26 August 2024, we wish to inform that inadvertent omission occurred in Directors Report section of the Annual Report for FY 2023-24 of the Company, after the same was sent to the members/ shareholders through electronic mode on 26 August 2024. The date of one of our board meetings was not included due to a row that was inadvertently hidden during the preparation of the report. Details of the same are as follows: In page 19, under the section 'Number of meeting of the board' in Directors Report, the missing board meeting was held on 13th June 2023. We are enclosing herewith Revised Annual Report for the Fy 2023-24.
