Nisar & Co, Statutory Auditors of the Company; copies of which are attached hereunder; 2.Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today has ratified incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary ('WOS') with the name as Fredun Retail Private Limited as approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.
