For the full year FY26, the operational income reached Rs 1,876.9 crore, marking a 5.7% growth over Rs 1,775.7 crore in FY25. EBITDA: The consolidated EBITDA for Q4FY26 was Rs 89.7 crore, up 42.4% YoY from Rs 63.0 crore, though it declined by 12.2% QoQ from Rs 102.2 crore in Q3FY26. For FY26, EBITDA stood at Rs 376.4 crore, a decrease of 10.3% from Rs 419.4 crore in FY25. Profit After Tax (PAT): For Q4FY26, the consolidated PAT surged by 424.4% YoY to Rs 21.5 crore from Rs 4.1 crore in Q4FY25. However, it saw a QoQ decline of 30.2% compared to Rs 30.8 crore in Q3FY26. Annual PAT for FY26 was Rs 103.2 crore, reflecting a 29.7% decrease compared to Rs 146.8 crore in FY25. Margins: Consolidated EBITDA margin for Q4FY26 stood at 17.4% (up 250 bps YoY), while the PAT margin was 4.2% (up 320 bps YoY). For the full year FY26, EBITDA and PAT margins stood at 20.1% and 5.5%, respectively. Earnings Per Share (EPS): The basic and diluted EPS for Q4FY26 was Rs 1.01 compared to Rs 0.18 in Q4FY25. Standalone Financial Highlights Operational Income: Standalone operational income for Q4FY26 was Rs 249.9 crore, showing a growth of 25.6% YoY from Rs 199.0 crore and a decline of 2.2% QoQ from Rs 255.5 crore in Q3FY26. For the full year FY26, it reached Rs 968.1 crore compared to Rs 924.3 crore in FY25. EBITDA: Standalone EBITDA for Q4FY26 was Rs 65.8 crore, an increase of 90.2% YoY from Rs 34.6 crore and a decline of 13.4% QoQ from Rs 76.0 crore. For FY26, standalone EBITDA stood at Rs 251.5 crore, down 2.1% from Rs 257.0 crore in FY25. Profit After Tax (PAT): Standalone PAT for Q4FY26 was Rs 20.7 crore, up 140.7% YoY from Rs 8.6 crore and down 34.3% QoQ from Rs 31.5 crore. Annual standalone PAT for FY26 reached Rs 81.3 crore compared to Rs 105.3 crore in FY25. Business Highlights Segment Performance: Broking, Distribution & Trading: This segment generated a revenue of Rs 286.8 crore in Q4FY26, up 19.3% YoY. Annual revenue for FY26 reached Rs 1,089.2 crore. The EBIT for Q4FY26 was Rs 60.9 crore (+66.4% YoY), while the annual EBIT stood at Rs 239.4 crore. Insurance Broking: Segment revenue for Q4FY26 was Rs 208.1 crore, showing a growth of 29.8% YoY. For FY26, revenue stood at Rs 667.5 crore (+17.1% YoY). EBIT for the quarter was Rs 4.5 crore, and the annual EBIT reached Rs 14.3 crore. Financing (NBFC): This segment recorded a revenue of Rs 43.3 crore in Q4FY26 (+5.9% YoY) and Rs 188.9 crore for the full year FY26. EBIT for Q4FY26 was Rs 21.2 crore (+18.4% YoY), while the annual EBIT stood at Rs 102.2 crore. Assets Under Management: Broking DP AUA reached Rs 1,42,703 crore as of FY26. Mutual Funds AUM/AUA reached Rs 4,294 crore. Wealth Management AUM/AUA reached Rs 1,173 crore, serving 12,342 clients. NBFC AUM stood at Rs 1,119 crore.
