This is to inform you that as per the company code of conduct for prohibition of insider Trading, framed pursuant to the SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended from time to time) to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders , the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be remain closed from Wednesday 1st January 2025 till 48 hours after the announcement of Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 31st December 2024 (both days inclusive). Accordingly , employees, Directors, Keys Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives or any other insider are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
