With Reference to the above subject, we hereby inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (referred to as the "SEBI Listing Regulations"), the Board of Directors of the Company, at its Meeting held today, i.e. 16th October 2024, has inter alia, considered and unanimously approved the following: - 1. Sub-division (split) of Equity Share of the Company having a face value of Rs. 2/- each (fully paid-up) into one (1) Equity Share of face value of Re. 1/- each (fully paid-up); and 2. Alteration of authorized share capital clause of the Company in the Memorandum of Association of the Company. subject to such regulatory / statutory approvals as may be required, including the approval of the shareholders of the Company, by means of an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM). Necessary details and information in respect of the forthcoming EGM, would be provided in due course.
