Dear sir, In terms of provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in compliance with the terms of Code of Conduct, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st October, 2024 and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results for the quarter ended on 30th September, 2024 to the public. The company shall inform in due course the next board meeting in which aforesaid financial results will be considered, approved and taken on record.
