This is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Reg, 2015 and Company''s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for Designated persons and their immediate relatives from 1 January 2025 onwards, upto 72 hours after the conclusion of Board Meeting which will be held for the consideration and approval of unaudited financial results of company for quarter ending 31st December 2024.
