The Company has engaged the service of CDSL for facilitating voting by electronic means. The cut-off date (record date) for determining members eligible for vote at the said ensuing AGM, has been fixed to be on monday, 5th August, 2024. we have enclosed herewith a copy of notice calling the aforesaid ensuing AGM and Annual Report of the Company for the Financial year 2023-24. Further pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, 6th August, 2024 to Monday, 12th August, 2024(both days inclusive), for taking record of Members of the Company for the purpose of ensuing AGM.
